Anti-tarnish does not mean completely tarnish-proof. Proper care is required to maintain the jewellery’s appearance and longevity.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices mentioned on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices may change without prior notice.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
• NAIKSHA does not store your card, UPI, or banking details.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. NAIKSHA reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances.

If there is an item shortage and payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued for the unavailable item.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped according to the dispatch timeline mentioned on the website or social media pages. Shipping timelines may vary based on location and courier partner.

Delays caused by courier services, natural events, or other factors beyond our control are not the responsibility of NAIKSHA.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

• No returns are accepted unless the product is damaged during transit.
• In case of damage, only replacement of the same product will be provided.
• Unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or replacement request.
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Customers must return the product to us, as we do not provide a pickup service.
• Refunds are applicable only in case of item shortage or order cancellation by NAIKSHA.

7. Jewellery Care

NAIKSHA is not responsible for damage caused due to improper handling, exposure to perfume, sweat, chemicals, or rough usage. Jewellery care instructions should be followed for best durability.
