At NAIKSHA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

  1. No returns accepted unless the product is damaged.
  2. In case of damage during shipping, we will replace the same product.
  3. An unboxing video (from the beginning, without any cuts or pauses) is mandatory for any replacement request.
  4. Customers must return the product to us, as we do not offer a pickup service.
  5. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  6. If there is an item shortage and payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued for the unavailable item.
