- No returns accepted unless the product is damaged.
- In case of damage during shipping, we will replace the same product.
- An unboxing video (from the beginning, without any cuts or pauses) is mandatory for any replacement request.
- Customers must return the product to us, as we do not offer a pickup service.
- Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- If there is an item shortage and payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued for the unavailable item.
